108Tastes was established in Beijing since 2000. Our team specializes in Beijing cuisine and already operated six branches so far. We entered Auckland in 2019 and dedicated to bringing the most authentic traditional PekingDuck and all kinds of Beijing cuisines to this amazing city. Our local team has ten professional chefs who are in charge of all the dishes we present in the Auckland branch. They are all trained and selected from Beijing. Because of the culture difference, our team has developed a new menu based on the local ingredients of New Zealand.
